I dreamt you into my world

wrote down what I wanted

more understanding

more laughter

more fire

The day turned into night

then day came to be again

there you were

glorious

triumphant over the past

crowing with anticipation of the future

Magnificent being

you were my sun and moon

a crown of stars shone around your head

I thought I knew you

Did I know you?

Did you know me?

I knew a part of you

you wanted to tell me more

I think

you tried

and then the spark died away

the dream faded
